Return and Refund Policy

LucyCamera offers a 30-day return policy. This means you may request a return within 30 days after receiving your order.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and returned with its original packaging, accessories, manuals, warranty cards, labels, and proof of purchase.

Items that are damaged, used, altered, missing parts, missing original packaging, or returned without approval may not be accepted for a refund.

How to Request a Return

Before sending any item back, please contact us first with your order number and reason for return. We will review your request and provide return instructions.

Return Shipping Cost

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer, unless the item received is incorrect, defective, or damaged due to our error.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service when returning an item. LucyCamera is not responsible for return packages that are lost or damaged in transit.

Refund Processing Time

After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7 business days.

Please note that your bank, card provider, or payment service may take additional time to post the refund to your account.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number, photos of the item, packaging, and shipping label.

We will review the issue and help with the correct solution, which may include a replacement, return, refund, or another suitable resolution depending on the case.

Non-Returnable Items

We may not accept returns for items that are used, altered, damaged by the customer, missing original parts, missing original packaging, returned without approval, or returned after the 30-day return period.
